Shipping with DPD (standard option) 

For shopping cart totals under €19.95, we charge a shipping fee of €3.95 for deliveries within Germany via DPD. For orders totaling €19.95 or more, we offer free shipping to end customers throughout Germany via DPD. Please note that DPD does not deliver to "Packstationen" in Germany.

Shipping with DHL

If you select DHL at checkout, shipping costs are €4.95 for orders under €19.95. For orders of €19.95 or more, shipping costs with DHL are €2.95.

Island Surcharge in Germany

For deliveries to German islands, DPD charges an island surcharge of €13.00. No island surcharge is charged for shipments via DHL. If your shipping address is on an island, we therefore recommend choosing DHL as your shipping method. You can change the shipping method at any time when completing your order.

Refrigerated shipping

Heat-sensitive items are marked accordingly in our shop and require chilled shipping when outside temperatures are high, especially in summer. Chilled

shipping within Germany is only available from Monday to Thursday. To avoid possible heat damage during delivery at the weekend, no heat-sensitive items are shipped on Fridays. The cost of chilled shipping is 2,10 EUR. If necessary, this will be added separately to the shopping basket.
