Shipping with DHL (standard option)
For shopping basket values under 19,95 € we charge 3,95 € shipping costs for deliveries within Germany with DHL. For orders over 19,95 € we deliver to end customers throughout Germany free of charge with DHL.
Refrigerated shipping
Heat-sensitive items are marked accordingly in our shop and require chilled shipping when outside temperatures are high, especially in summer. Chilled
shipping within Germany is only available from Monday to Thursday. To avoid possible heat damage during delivery at the weekend, no heat-sensitive items are shipped on Fridays. The cost of chilled shipping is 2,10 EUR. If necessary, this will be added separately to the shopping basket.
Shipping outside Germany to EU countries
Shipping to other European countries is carried out exclusively by DHL. Please refer to the following table for the exact shipping costs for your country:
