For the Mango Matcha you will need:

50 ml cold water
50 ml Hot water
150 ml Hot water, milk or a milk alternative
60 g Strawberrys
1 Teaspoon lemon juice
Sweetener of your choice
Ice Cubes

Preparation

  • Total time: 5 MIN

Step by step:

1. Prepare the Matcha:
Whisk the matcha powder with hot water in a bowl or cup until smooth and frothy. 
2. Mash the Mango:
Blend the mango with lemon juice and about 50 ml water until smooth. Pour into a glass or sealable container. You can refrigerate leftovers for later.
3. Blend::
Pour the mango purée into a glass, then add the ice cubes, milk, and matcha.
4. Tipp:
For a more distinct color layering, pour the mango puree first, then the milk and finally the matcha – do not stir.
