For the Coconut Cloud Matcha you will need:

150 ml coconut water
50 ml Hot water
40 ml cold heavy cream
Sweetener of your choice
Ice Cubes

Preparation

Step by step:

1. Prepare the Matcha:
Whisk the matcha powder with hot water in a bowl or cup until smooth and frothy. 
2. Make the matcha foam:
Mix the whisked matcha with the cold heavy cream. Whip until thick and airy using a hand frother, electric mixer, or whisk. Sweeten to taste if desired.
3. Blend:
Pour the coconut water into a glass with ice cubes and gently add the matcha foam on top.
