For the Dirty Chai you will need:

1 Espresso shot
200 ml Hot water, milk or a milk alternative
Ice cubes (for the cold version)

Step-by-step – Hot version:

1. Prepare the espresso:
Brew a strong espresso of your choice. 
2. Mix the chai:
Heat the milk or water to around 70°C. Add 2–3 tablespoons of David Rio Chai powder to 200 ml of hot water, milk or a plant-based alternative and stir well. 
3. Add the espresso:
Pour the espresso into the chai mixture. 
4. Tip:
Top with whipped cream if desired.

Step by step - Iced Version:

1. Prepare the espresso:
Brew a strong espresso of your choice.
2. Mix the chai:
Heat the milk or water to around 70°C. Add 2–3 tablespoons of David Rio Chai powder to 200 ml of hot water, milk or a plant-based alternative and stir well. Let the mixture cool down. 
3. Serve over ice:
