Whisk the matcha powder with hot water in a bowl or cup until smooth and frothy.

Mix the Paradise Cream powder with 300 ml cold milk using a hand mixer until creamy and thickened.

In a separate bowl, whip 200 ml cold whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Optionally add 1 tbsp sweetened condensed milk and a splash of vanilla extract, then mix briefly.
